Excellent service. Our technician Adrian showed up on time. Adrian was very polite and knowledgeable explained everything he was going to do prior to doing any work and then again after completing the work he also made sure that he answered any questions I may have had. You can easily tell the difference between somebody who enjoys their job and cares about the quality of their product and someone who's just trying to get through the day. It was easy to see he truly enjoys what he does and it shows in his interaction with us and the prompt service.

So far so good! We've been battling a strange foe I'm embarrassed to even write about. That said, we were eager to sign on with Moxie when the nice young man knocked on our door that fateful evening. We had an excellent, friendly experience signing up that day. Our first technician came out in May, wherein we had another excellent, friendly experience. We have found lots of no longer alive critters, which means the barriers are doing the job! Today we had a 30-day follow up and retreat, Jesse J. was our technician. He too was excellent and friendly. That's the trend with these guys, friendly & excellent. It feels like customer service is top of mind at Moxie and we continue to be satisfied.
